Patient Details
This 57-year-old woman (5’6”, 155 lbs.) lost 128 lbs. through lifestyle modification, diet, and exercise. She developed loose skin and excess fat of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, and buttocks after her massive weight loss. She was also troubled by loose, hanging skin of the arms, lateral chest, and upper back, as well as by dooping, deflated breasts and face and neck laxity. She underwent lower body lift (circumferential abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, and buttocks at her initial surgery, followed by a continuous brachioplasty (arm lift) and mastopexy (breast lift), also known as an upper body lift. A facelift, Neck Lift, and brow lift were performed as a separate procedure.
