This 40-year-old mother of four (5’4 ½”, 178lbs.) lost breast volume and position after her third pregnancy. She underwent breast augmentation and breast lift with 270cc silicone gel breast implants placed under the muscle through a circumareolar mastopexy incision. The breast implants effectively achieved breast enlargement increasing her breasts from a size 36A to a 36B.
