This 41-year-old woman (5’10”, 200 lbs.) lost 148 lbs. through lifestyle modification, diet, and exercise. She developed loose skin and excess fat of the abdomen, flanks, back, inner and outer thighs, and buttocks after massive weight loss, as well as loose hanging skin of the arms and drooping and deflation of the breasts. She underwent Lower Body Lift (Circumferential Abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, back, thighs, and buttocks as a first stage procedure, followed by Upper Body Lift, or a continuous Arm Lift (Brachioplasty) and Breast Lift (Mastopexy) as a second stage. A Circumferential Thigh Lift was performed as a separate procedure.
