This 40-year-old woman (5‘7", 145 lbs., 34D) was diagnosed with right ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). She underwent bilateral total mastectomies with right sentinel lymph node biopsy, two-stage breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix followed by permanent breast implants.
