This 38-year-old woman (5‘8", 126 lbs., 34B) was diagnosed with right invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent bilateral total mastectomies with right sentinel lymph node biopsy, two-stage breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix followed by permanent breast implants.
